As a person who is a normally a nervous traveler I found it very comforting to know there was someone on the trip 'with us' if I needed some guidance/help. Both Merv and Johanna know New York and made great suggestions. The 4-hour guided tour included in our fee was an excellent way to see some New York highlights and then adding the optional group outing on the water taxi was my highlight. I thought I saw a lot of New York before but this was a great way to visit New York. Loved all of it.
