As Christmas draws near and the warmth of the holiday season surrounds us, we’re filled with gratitude for the incredible year we’ve shared with all of you. It’s a time to reflect on the journeys we’ve taken, the connections we’ve made, and the unforgettable memories that have become part of our story.

As we gather with loved ones and look back on 2024, we’re reminded of just how far we’ve come together as a Target Tours family.

This year also brought changes to our incredible team. We bid a fond farewell to two beloved team members who are embarking on exciting new journeys. Ian Cheverie is following his passion at Blackbush Beach Resort, while Lindsay Dunphy is expanding her horizons at the Canadian Police Knowledge Network.

We’re so proud of their growth and wish them every success.

On a joyful note, we were thrilled to welcome Justin MacPhee back to the Target Tours family after a three-year hiatus during COVID.

Justin has rejoined our office “A team” alongside Katlyn, and together, they’ve strengthened our team’s heart and spirit.

We would be remiss in mentioning an exciting ceremony in June! Katlyn got married and went from O’Brien to Aiello.

We were excited to attend the wedding and reception to see Katlyn and Riley tie the knot!

We also had the bittersweet opportunity to see Merv complete his final tour to New York City and officially retire from Tour Directing.

Merv was our second Tour Director hire and has been passionately guiding groups since 2010. His infectious energy, wealth of stories, and his famous line, “Reminds me of a story!” will be deeply missed by both travelers and team members alike. We are incredibly grateful for his dedication, humor, and years of service, and we wish him a joyful and well-deserved retirement.

We would like to thank our tour directing team of Gary, Walter, (along with their supportive partners) and our many Step-on Guides for their dedicated service to Target Tours and our wonderful guests.

Without them, Target Tours would not have the great reputation for amazing service that it does today. Their passion and professionalism continue to be the cornerstone of our success.

And last but not least, we want to thank you, our wonderful customers, who are the reason we do what we do.

Your faithful dedication and support inspire us every day, and we are truly grateful for the trust you place in us to make your travel dreams come true. Whether you joined us for a single tour or have been a frequent traveler, you are the reason we continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible. Your stories, laughter, and curiosity fuel our passion.

As we look to the year ahead, our hearts are filled with excitement for what’s to come. We’re already hard at work planning fresh itineraries, refining existing ones, and listening to your feedback to create even more magical moments.

As we gather with loved ones this holiday season, our thoughts turn to you — our extended Target Tours family. We’re grateful for the memories we’ve made together and the ones we’ve yet to create. May your Christmas be filled with joy, love, and the hope of new adventures on the horizon.

From our family to yours, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Season’s Greetings to the fabulous Target Tours Team. We have been on three cruises with them, had to cancel a cruise because of illness, had a bus trip cancelled because of COVID, and got COVID on our bus trip to Newfoundland and in every situation the Staff made everything as easy as possible. Thank you.
